Ludwigsburg Favorite Palace

Schloss Favorite, a state-owned monument in Baden-Württemberg, has been open to the public since 1983 and is managed by the institution Staatliche Schlösser und Gärten Baden-Württemberg. It gained nationwide recognition through the television show "Nachtcafé" broadcast on Südwestrundfunk (SWR) Stuttgart since 1987. The talk show, hosted by Wieland Backes and later by Michael Steinbrecher, was recorded and aired from the castle. Since January 2015, recordings take place at the SWR-Studio E-Werk in Baden-Baden.
