Höfingen Castle

Höfingen Castle in Leonberg, Baden-Württemberg, emerged in the 16th century on medieval castle remains. This three-story structure, blending solid and timber-framed elements, boasts a terrace and southern turret on the second floor. Originating on the site of a castle from 1140, destroyed in 1395, the current castle was built in 1582 and underwent 19th-century expansions. Having changed hands over the years, it currently functions as a hotel and restaurant.
