Meersburg New Palace

Perched atop a hill overlooking Lake Constance, the castle offers breathtaking views of the lower city, the ferry port, and the Swiss coast. A garden terrace at the back provides a perfect vantage point. Accessible from the ground floor or a nearby staircase near the Burg Meersburg, the terrace is enclosed by an elegant wrought iron gate.

Facing the city is the expansive Schlossplatz, a central plaza. Adorning the castle facade is a prominent clock featuring Chronos, the god of time. To the left, visitors can enter the castle chapel, now utilized by the Evangelical Church in Baden.
